The Art of Presence: Physical Theatre Workshop

This immersive workshop invites you to unlock your body’s potential through a range of physical techniques, including Meyerhold's Biomechanics, Viewpoints, Contact Improvisation, Immersive Theatre, and Composition. Whether you're a curious beginner or a seasoned artist, you'll build confidence, create social connections, and learn to tell powerful, poetic stories using movement as the main language.
