As a USC registered placement provider, D.I.V.E. Theatre Collective offers a comprehensive learning experience that immerses you in the daily operations of an independent theatre company on the Sunshine Coast. You’ll gain practical experience in a variety of areas, including:
- Performance
- Training and rehearsals
- Creative development
- Stage management
- Lighting and sound design
- Production
- Devising and creative writing
- Business management
- Marketing
- And many more aspects of theatre operations
Under the mentorship of an academic supervisor from the University of the Sunshine Coast and an industry supervisor from D.I.V.E. Theatre Collective, you will complete specific work activities. This hands-on experience allows you to apply the knowledge and skills you’ve acquired during your studies directly to the industry.
